I graduated from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology Personal Fitness Training program in December 2000.  I’m also certified as a joint work/water works and Aquatics instructor.  Before coming to Sooke, I worked as a Fitness Instructor and personal trainer in a hospital-based program at the Grey Nuns Hospital.  I also taught fitness classes for older adults in a program run by the Edmonton Capital Health Region.

I started work at the clinic in October 2005, assisting the therapists and applying the Bioflex Laser treatments.  I hope to start some senior’s exercise classes in the near future.
